Review by hotel critic
This hotel is ideally located within walking distance to the MRT station and the iconic KL Twin Towers, making it a prime spot for short visits. What stood out was the friendly staff-especially the receptionist who checked us in. His assistance with our connecting rooms was commendable. It's these little human touches that can make or break a stay. The hotel also offers essential amenities like a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, which are quite valuable for travelers looking for convenience. The flat-screen TV and tea/coffee facilities in the room provided a nice touch of comfort. While it isn't the most lavish option out there, I found the combination of location, service, and amenities to be good financial wisdom. If you're seeking a place that balances cost and quality, the Flora merits consideration on your travel itinerary.
